Due to the nature of our consumable products — including THC-A flower, tinctures, edibles, and concentrates — all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

3. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked “Delivered” by the carrier, LocalFlower is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package goes missing after being marked delivered, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
We strongly encourage choosing a shipping method with tracking and ensuring your delivery address is secure.

4. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@localflower.club.
If the order has not yet entered processing, we will do our best to accommodate the request — but we cannot guarantee cancellation.
