Shipping Policy

At LocalFlower, we are dedicated to ensuring that your THC-A products arrive safely, discreetly, and on time. Please review the shipping details below for information on how we process, handle, and ship all orders.

 

 

Order Processing

 

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, followed by a second email with tracking information once your order ships.

 

 

Shipping Methods

 

We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your region and product selection.

 

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days after processing (where available).

  • Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number delivered to your email once the package has been shipped.

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

 

 

Age Verification

 

To comply with federal and state regulations:

 

  • You must be 21+ to purchase from LocalFlower.

  • Age verification may be required at checkout and/or upon delivery.

 

 

Shipping Restrictions

 

We comply with all applicable laws regarding the sale and transport of hemp-derived THC-A products.

 

  • We do not ship to states or regions where THC-A or hemp-derived cannabinoids are restricted or prohibited.

  • Orders placed from restricted locations will be automatically canceled and refunded.

 

Please check your local laws before placing an order.

 

 

Discreet Packaging

 

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or envelopes to protect your privacy.

There will be no mention of cannabis, THC-A, or LocalFlower on the exterior packaging.

 

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

 

Once a package leaves our facility, responsibility is transferred to the shipping carrier.

 

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. 


Compliant Hemp Product — 2018 U.S. Farm Bill:
• Grown in full compliance with federal and applicable state laws.      

• Contains Δ9-THC concentration of not more than 0.3% on a dry weight basis,   verified by third-party laboratory testing.    

• Hemp and hemp-derived products were removed from the Controlled Substances Act by the 2018 Farm Bill and are federally lawful to ship in the United States.

• 21 U.S.C. § 802(16)(B) excludes hemp from the definition of “marijuana.”     

• 7 U.S.C. § 1639o defines hemp as the plant Cannabis sativa L. and all derivatives with ≤ 0.3% Δ9-THC.

 

We reserve the right to refuse shipment of any product to jurisdictions where local or state law prohibits the sale, possession, or shipment of hemp-derived cannabinoids, including THCA products.

**We do not ship THCA products to the following states:**  
(Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Minnesota, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont.)

​

If your state is added to this list or new legislation prohibits shipment, we will suspend shipment to that state immediately.  
By placing an order, you confirm that you are not located in a jurisdiction where THCA products are prohibited, and you assume full responsibility for compliance with local laws.
