By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility and Age Restriction

 

By using this Site, you affirm that you are at least 21 years old and legally allowed to purchase hemp-derived THC-A products in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with your local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase and use of such products.

2. Product Disclaimer

 

All products sold by LocalFlower are hemp-derived and contain less than 0.3% Δ9-THC on a dry-weight basis, in compliance with the 2024 Farm Bill.

 

We do not guarantee that our products are legal in your specific state or country. You purchase and use our products at your own risk. LocalFlower is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from your local regulations.

 

FDA Disclosure: These products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Orders & Payments

 

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. All payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers.

 

LocalFlower reserves the right to:

 

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

  • Limit quantities purchased per customer or household

  • Modify product availability and pricing at any time without notice

4. Shipping & Delivery

 

We only ship to locations where THC-A products are legal. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. LocalFlower is not responsible for shipping delays due to incorrect addresses, weather conditions, or carrier issues.

5. Returns & Refunds

 

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, CA.

Compliant Hemp Product — 2018 U.S. Farm Bill:
• Grown in full compliance with federal and applicable state laws.      

• Contains Δ9-THC concentration of not more than 0.3% on a dry weight basis,   verified by third-party laboratory testing.    

• Hemp and hemp-derived products were removed from the Controlled Substances Act by the 2018 Farm Bill and are federally lawful to ship in the United States.

• 21 U.S.C. § 802(16)(B) excludes hemp from the definition of “marijuana.”     

• 7 U.S.C. § 1639o defines hemp as the plant Cannabis sativa L. and all derivatives with ≤ 0.3% Δ9-THC.

 

We reserve the right to refuse shipment of any product to jurisdictions where local or state law prohibits the sale, possession, or shipment of hemp-derived cannabinoids, including THCA products.  

​

**We do not ship THCA products to the following states:**  
(Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Minnesota, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont.)

​

If your state is added to this list or new legislation prohibits shipment, we will suspend shipment to that state immediately.  
By placing an order, you confirm that you are not located in a jurisdiction where THCA products are prohibited, and you assume full responsibility for compliance with local laws.
